Service

Anchor Subscriptions provides subscription management tools for Shopify merchants, including subscription operations, renewal workflows, customer portal tools, and merchant admin capabilities.

Merchant Responsibilities

Merchants are responsible for their store policies, customer communications, product data, subscription offers, and compliance with applicable laws and Shopify requirements.

Customer Data

Merchants are responsible for ensuring they have the rights and notices required to use customer data with Anchor Subscriptions. We process data to provide the app and related support.

Acceptable Use

Merchants may not use Anchor Subscriptions to violate laws, infringe rights, interfere with the service, or attempt unauthorized access to systems or data.

Availability

We aim to provide a reliable service, but availability can be affected by maintenance, third-party platforms, infrastructure providers, or events outside our control. Features and policies may change over time.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Anchor Subscriptions is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.
